Dandelions to Dinner - A Blog By ORGANIC GARDEN GIRL®
Spring is here! It’s time to start hardening off your plant seedlings. That’s right, it’s already time to get your seedlings ready to transition to outdoor conditions. As the weather warms and daytime temperatures rise to 45 degrees, it’s time to ease those seedlings outside. Start off with just a few hours of fresh air each day. Begin exposing seedlings in the shade first, avoiding any direct wind. Gradually move them to more sun each time you put them out. After they reach 4-6 hours of indirect sunlight, they’re ready to stay outside.
