One of my summer favorites? Dandelion smoothies! These flower-powered concoctions are a great liver and kidney cleanser that doesn’t deplete potassium. Find out how I make mine, below:

Energizing Springtime Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
small bunch garden parsley
handful baby dandelion greens
1 leaf mustard green
1/2 of a 10 oz bag frozen organic peaches
drizzle maple syrup
about 1 cup or more coconut water with pineapple

Add all ingredients to a high speed blender. Blend well, garnish with a dandelion flower and enjoy!
